It is used for the welding of plate material by the brush method. The welding machine is designed for long-term workshop use and the welding cycle is performed automatically. All settings are very simple and do not require great handling or time. The machine is made on the basis of long-term experience and meets the common and demanding requirements for functionality. To operate the welder, you need to have your own air source that is not included in the delivery. This air source should be able to deliver 1m.h-1 at 0.6MPa. The electrical connection is 3 × 400 V. The electrical switchboard is a part of the table and all the controls are located on it. Temperature monitoring and timing are provided by Omron microprocessor controllers. Pneumatic control is under the table top and it is possible to adjust the pressure in the table feed rollers, the pressure in the pressure clamps, the feed rate and the feed rate of the welding bar.
